Rooftop parties are the best kind! Dachshund Frits knows all about that. He recently threw one himself. The streamers were hung up, the party hat was put on and the confetti horn was pulled out of the closet. It was a one-person party, because he didn't have more space on his green roof, but that didn't spoil the fun. Frits threw confetti all evening long, cried along with the music at the top of his lungs and moved his paws to the rhythm until he almost dropped.
